At Kilgore Books, we keep our process simple and transparent so you always know what to expect.

Step 1 — Browse and Order

Step 2 — Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review it and let us know right away if anything needs to be corrected.

Step 3 — Careful Preparation

Our team processes each order within 1–3 business days. Every item is inspected and packaged securely to protect it during transit.

Step 4 — Shipping

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. We ship within the United States only.

Step 5 — Delivery and Support

After your order arrives, we're still here for you. If anything isn't right — a damaged item, a question about use, or a return — contact us and we'll take care of it.
