Refund Policy

At Kilgore Books, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at quilivet9lv@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

If you have questions about whether your item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
